The Farmhouse Li Pireddi
Li Pireddi was born from a vision in the far 1980. At the age of twenty-six, I was in Sardinia visiting relatives and I was dazzled by its nature and its people. The silence, the scent that envelops you, on arrival, on the flight ladder, the ever-changing sky and the sea...
It was a holiday that brought destiny. I bought a piece of uncultivated land, with an abandoned renovate the buildings existing, the perimeter walls drywall, forest care...…
One idea to chart the course: "design harmony", where harmony is: moderation, composing, tuning, balance between the parties. This inspiration, combined with the slow pace necessary for the design and realization of the works, has produced what it is now: a holiday place, with buildings immersi in un bosco di querce secolari.
The old, without betraying its origin has been brought to the new. The new, integrated with the old, to find its size, not hostile. And then it was love and children and all together as a team, serving a few guests, never defined: customers.
